The Couch family has been a part of the fabric of Durham for nearly a century. They built Couch Oil company in the heart of Durham to provide quality products with personal customer service, and have since expanded to the surrounding region. The Couch family cares about the communities it serves and established Couch Oil Cares to invest in causes that are making a positive impact on the community, with a special interest in education, employment, homelessness and helping those seeking to overcome addiction.

Couch Oil Cares Scholarship

The 2023 Couch Oil Cares Scholarship application will be available on March 1, 2023 and will be accepted through May 5, 2023. Please visit couchoilcares.org/scholarship to learn more.

Central to Couch Oil Cares is the Couch Oil Cares Scholarship program. Each year, Couch Oil teams up with the Durham Bulls to offer six $1,000 college scholarships to deserving high school students who reside in our service area.

Durham Rescue Mission Golf Tournament

We’re excited to return to the beautiful 27 hole course at the Governors Club in Chapel Hill for the 11th Annual Durham Rescue Mission Golf Classic sponsored by Couch Oil & Carolina Sunrock. Last year’s event was a huge event and filled up fast, so reserve your sponsorship as soon as possible.
