Will-Call Propane Delivery
With the will-call method of propane gas delivery, the full responsibility of monitoring the fuel level and requesting delivery lies on you. That’s OK, but what happens when you forget to check your tank level and either run dangerously low or completely out of fuel? This is when It becomes a stressful emergency situation and puts you in a position where you may be subject to unwanted trip charges.
How Will Call Propane Delivery Works
When you choose the will-call delivery, it’s important to know how to read your propane tank percentage gauge so you always have the fuel you need when you need it. Even if your gauge is registering 5%, it actually could be empty. It is a best practice to call before it reaches 25% and allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
With will-call propane service, you have complete control over the monitoring and calls in to schedule your LP deliveries.
Additional fees associated with emergency propane deliveries:

Weekend and After Hour deliveries: $150.00 (does not include system test)

System Test: $95.00 (if tank is completely out of propane and has no vapor pressure, a complete leak test is required)

Minimum Usage Fee: $75.00/ year unless you use 200 gallons in heating season (June 1- May 31)

Emergency Same Day Delivery: $95.00 during the hours (7a – 3p, Mon-Fri, after 3p same day deliveries will be considered after hours)
